Simon has over 15 years of 'hands on' experience as both an archaeologist and as a cultural heritage consultant.
In his role as advisor to both proponents and Traditional Owner groups Simon has had direct involvement in the development and implementation of cultural heritage assessment and mitigation programs for many of the largest resource projects to occur in Queensland over the last decade.

Phillip has a varied background incorporating study and research, extensive archaeological fieldwork in Australia and overseas, regular publication in journals and books, and teaching at university level.

Karen has worked in cultural heritage management and the native title sector for over 15 years.
Her experience includes working for mining and infrastructure companies, environmental assessment companies, state and local government, not for profit organisations, Indigenous groups and individuals.
Samantha has experience in Indigenous and non-Indigenous cultural heritage management, with extensive skills in community consultation, interviews and oral history recording. She is also trained in the related areas of anthropology, archives management, Indigenous studies, museology and art history.
James (Jim) Smith has extensive archaeological experience in both Australia and abroad. Well versed in GIS, associated software and relevant mapping systems, Jim completed his PhD at the University of Queensland on Database design, archaeological classification and geographic information systems: a case study from south east Queensland.
Ulrike has well-developed skills in researching and interpreting cultural heritage matters with a focus on detail. She brings to the team a wide range of experience in project management, including community engagement.
Nick has over 7 years experience working with Government, Mining and civil development companies, Heritage consultancies, NGOs, and Aboriginal Land Councils. He has extensive experience with Cultural Heritage / Archaeological Assessment and Research, and Native Title Assessements.
James has a broad background in heritage management, incorporating site identification, protection and interpretation. In his 20 years working as a professional archaeologist he has run both small and large scale projects in the field of prehistoric and historic archaeology.
Doug is a highly skilled and experienced senior archaeologist with skills such as qualifications in photography and cinematography, surveying, remote sensing, mapping and cartography. Doug has management and negotiating skills with Indigenous stakeholders and proponents, and a high level of literacy and technical understanding.
